Job Description:
Nursing Manpower management and coordination [800-900 personnel]
Coordinate the current nursing department manpower status
Coordinate recruitment, resignations, retirement and transfer data
Maintain manpower records for future references of the current employees and resigned/retired employees
Coordinate Nursing registrations primary and reciprocal
Coordinate certifications as essential for the respective departments for nurses.
Handle manpower grievances and escalation as essential
Coordinate Performance appraisal flow and meet deadlines
Coordinate Personnel and nursing interdepartmental meetings
Coordinate Inter departmental Personnel matters amongst Nursing and other departments
Coordinate Nurses in Nursing residences along with clinical, HR and Finance departments for necessary actions
Coordinate Nurses in specialty clinical departments with HR and Finance departments for necessary action
Coordinate nursing personnel short- and long-term deputations
Coordinate with Marketing for outbound programs, health camps and medical events.
Is responsible to Authenticate and Check Primary and Add onn Nursing and other educational and employment certificates
Nursing Office Management
Mans the Office reception, coordinate personnel visits, Telecommunication, paper and Email communications within and interdepartmental too.
Coordinates schedules and appointments amongst multiple nursing personnel roles
Maintains departmental office records and meetings documents.
Interdepartmental coordination for requisition (Online / manual) of supplies and equipment for clinical areas as ordered.
Online requisition / forms to requisition supplies and equipment for Nursing Office, maintenance and repair services etc.
Collates and compiles data for Monthly Report of Nursing Division, from all the nursing clinical services
Maintains all the Billing data for nursing residences as applicable and coordinates with Finance for NA
Coordinates all the legal documents and renewals of agreements for the nursing residences with the office of Legal Cell
Keeps all records in order with all forms properly identified. Accountable for all records of Nursing Office
Hospital Supplies, Equipment and Clinical materials
Coordinates and Tracks nursing department and interdepartmental equipment budget
Maintains Theft and Burglary Insurance and refreshes to share annual list with the Finance department
Coordinates and follows up all the NEW clinical equipments planned and unplanned for procurement
Coordinate and track new clinical and residential projects for refurbishing, procurement and installation
Coordinate with Medical and general store for issue and allocation of medical and non-medical equipment
Coordinate with Materials to initiate and track destruction and disbursement of redundant medical and non-medical products, followed by re-procurement as essential.
